Before you send your item(s) back, first send an email to info@spillthetea.com with your order number and request. After confirmation from us, you can send the product to the address provided. Make sure to add the paperwork that was shipped along with the order for our reference.

RETURNS OUTSIDE OF THE EU

If you're returning from a country outside the EU, please state clearly on the parcel that the shipment is a return order. If you fail to do so there will be import duty or taxes that we will balance with your order. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. The initial shipping costs will be refunded.

TRACKABLE SHIPPING

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Unfortunately, items lost in transportation will not be refunded.

Your legal right to cancel a contract starts from the date of the dispatch confirmation. If the products have already been delivered to you, you have a period of 7 working days in which you may cancel, starting from the day after the day you receive the products. Working days means that Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are not included in this period.

To cancel a contract, please contact us in writing to tell us by sending an e-mail to info@spillthetea.com.

You may wish to keep a copy of your cancellation notification for your own records. You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the products, this does not include postage costs unless the item is deemed faulty.

PROCESSING A REFUND

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 calendar days of the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation.

We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay. If the products were delivered to you, you must return the products to us as soon as reasonably practicable; you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us unless the item is deemed faulty.

We refund up to the value of £10 in postage costs for reasons a) the incorrect item was dispatched b) the item is deemed faulty. The £10 postage refund is only honoured when a valid postage receipt is presented. you have a legal obligation to keep the products in your possession and to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.
